I purchased a 20$ credit through the in app purchase. I then some how had a negative balance. So I contacted the support team. They asked me to forward the iTunes receipt and I did. They even sent me an email confirming they received it. Up to this point they responded to emails quickly. Now, days later, they just ignore me and still have not given me credit for the money I paid. The money cleared my bank account and everything. Finally just went through iTunes and got A refund through them. I decided to go through the Tribair website and the transaction was smooth.
