Before I bought the credit, the price rate of calling to a certain country promotes 0.8 cents/minute; after I bought the credit, the rate became 1.2 cents/min. And now, it becomes 4.0 cents/min. I dont know how it wil be next month.

If you wont use up all the credit you buy within couple days - before the rate changes - you need to reconsider whether to buy it.

This is an absolute cheating app.
