$ paid, but never credited

I bought a $10 credit over a day ago, my balance never moved from 00.00, hours later I am still unable to make calls, the support replies with automated confirmations of quarry receipt and a ticket number for future quarry reference... I dont need a ticket number I want my money back!!!
